Delivery Times and Cost
We aim to deliver as promptly as possible within 2 weeks for most items. However because our products are hand made some may take up to 6 weeks. If you have a deadline please e-mail us at info@madeinhastings.co.uk for availability.
PRE-ORDERS WILL TAKE THREE WEEKS FROM THE DATE WE RECEIVE THE ORDER.
Here are below our delivery charges. It includes postage and packaging.
- All UK orders £5.00
- Europe rate is £10.00 up to 750 grams and £20.00 over 750 grams
- Rest of world £15.00 up to 250 grams, £20.00 from 250g to 750g, £30 from 750 grams to 2k and £60.00 over 2kilos.
International orders
Please note that international customers may be required to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us and the tariffs are set by your Government.
Returns
We will exchange or refund any items you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in the original condition within seven days of receipt. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your Post Office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if there is a fault with the item. Registered Post is recommended to return goods as we will not refund an item broken or lost in transit.
Please note that due to the hand made nature of our goods, slight variations might occur between those featured on the website, uniformity cannot be guaranteed.
