How can I become a supplier to Made In Hastings?

Please download an application form from the “About the shop” section. We look at new work each month and if we feel your product would fit in well with the look of our shop, we will contact you to discuss delivery arrangements.

Can I send something back if I am unhappy with it?

We will exchange or refund any items you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in the original condition within seven days of receipt. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your Post Office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if there is a fault with the item. Registered Post is recommended to return goods as we will not refund an item broken or lost in transit.

Can I order something that is not on the website?

Yes you can. If you see an item on our online shop that you would like to order, but is not marked for sale,  you can always phone or email the shop to discuss placing an order. If the item is not marked  for sale, it may mean that we are out of stock at the present time and you will need to wait a bit longer for your order to arrive.

How can I contact one of your makers?

If you contact our shop, we will happilly pass your details onto the relevant maker.

How can I get more informations about a specific product featured in the web site?
